Shipping

Orders are dispatched pan-India from our Jaipur studio, and internationally on request. Because every order is made against your brief rather than pulled from ready stock, dispatch happens after production — typically 15–25 days from brief approval, depending on the craft and quantity.

We can ship as a single consignment to one office address, or as individually packed parcels to a list of employee or client addresses — common for remote and hybrid teams. Let us know your preference when sharing your brief.

Domestic shipping costs are included in your quote. International shipping is quoted separately based on destination and volume. Tracking details are shared once your order leaves the studio.

For a shipping estimate specific to your order, please get in touch via the contact page or WhatsApp.
